These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the PATH Bangladesh website, including its public information pages, contact form, membership-application form, search, and authenticated member area.
The website supports PATH Bangladesh's nonprofit communication and participation activities and reflects its stated core values of Peace, Awareness, Togetherness and Humanity. It does not by itself create a membership entitlement, partnership, grant, scholarship, employment relationship, or other commitment unless PATH Bangladesh separately confirms one through the relevant process.
2. Public information
PATH Bangladesh aims to keep public website information useful and accurate. Program descriptions, news, reports, contact details and other published material may be updated as organizational information changes.
Links to third-party websites or social platforms are provided for convenience where PATH Bangladesh has chosen to publish them. Third-party services operate under their own terms and policies.
3. Forms and submissions
When you submit a contact form or membership application, you should provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and should not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, intentionally misleading, or intended to interfere with the website.
A public membership application creates a pending application for review only. It does not automatically create a member account, assign a membership number, or approve membership.

Where PATH Bangladesh approves and creates a member account, the account holder is responsible for protecting their sign-in credentials and using only their own account. Members may update only the profile fields made available through the member area; membership number and account status remain controlled by PATH Bangladesh.
